Rehab/Construction Financing:
- Up to 100% of the rehab budget covered
Maximum Loan-To-Cost (LTC):
- Up to 90% LTC (percentage of the purchase price)
Maximum Loan-to-Value (LTV):
- Up to 75% ARLTV (After Repair Loan-To-Value)
LTV vs LTC:
- LTC is typically used for projects where the purchase price is lower than the rehab budget (lopsided projects)
Recourse:
- Full recourse only

- Ranges from $50K to $3.5 million
